Learn the exciting, unpredictable, and beautiful art of eco-printing, a contact printing process using botanical materials such as leaves and flowers on natural fabrics.

We’ll experiment with natural dyes and simple shibori to create even more complex cloth to compliment the eco-prints. We’ll cover tips and techniques for making our bundles and creating clear prints.

Suitable for all fiber and textile artists, as the finished prints may be incorporated into many types of fiber art and craft, as well as clothing and scarves. All silk scarves, cotton, linen, and wool fabrics, dyes, and other materials and supplies are included.

Friday March 27 & Saturday March 28, 9am until 4pm both days.  Class is held at 209 Franklin St., Natchez, MS

This course is taught by Pat Armstrong.
