End of year updates and schedule

It's hard to believe we are halfway through November! Wow.

Some important dates below, I will follow this post up with a much more detailed one about the move itself!

Mondays 2:00-5:00

Tuesdays 2:30-5:30, member night 6:30-8:30

Wednesdays 1:00-3:00, Christy has her kids' classes also from 3:30-5:30 for those needing to come in!

Thursdays 2:00-5:30

Fridays 9:00-11:00

As usual the weekends are hit or miss, please reach out when you need to stop in. Emily, Darlene and Liz Blalock are available for you also if you're unable to reach me! We are getting to crunch time for getting pieces done for the holidays and final firings so please do not be shy if you want or need to come in outside of the times listed! Please see below for the bisque and glaze firing schedule for the end of the year.

Bisque firings: November 16, 20 (if needed depending on space in the firing today), 29 and December 12.

Glaze firings: November 23, December 7 and December 14.

I did not hear from members about the dates for our holiday party. I can't schedule things when I don't hear from you!

Please let me know if December 13 during member night or Saturday December 17 either for lunch or for dinner is best. This is a pottery exchange party so please bring something you have made for our exchange! I know sometimes members are shy about participating but everyone loves handmade so plan to bring something! We will be providing the main course and ask that those coming sign up to bring a side dish, salad or dessert. For those who don't cook, we also need things like non alcoholic punch, wine, plates and utensils, cups, napkins etc. The firing schedule should help anyone who feels like they don't have anything made to bring! I've gotten some very cute ornaments, some cool decorative pieces, planters, and a host of other things during the exchange that I love!! As soon as we get some responses for when people are available I will let everyone know. When you RSVP for this (as soon as you can please) let me know if you're bringing a guest.

Okay then, thanks for checking in and thanks for all the support! Six weeks and we're on to a new home! More on that soon....
